The story

I designed and printed an ankle monitor prop for a short film about basketball. The monitor was a pre-existing model, and I designed the cuff.

The producers wanted a plastic cuff, though at first I suggested just using cloth or a leather strap. I printed the monitor in resin and the cuff in PLA, as PLA was more durable for its intended use.
